PHASE 1 BUILT
The first 30 homes of Holly Anne (Phase 1) have been built. Below you can see final photos, some including a rendered staging of the model home.
PHASE 2 NEWEST UPDATE
February 2025
Power has been run back to the sewer lift station, which is the last item needed for the lift station to become operational. Horizontal improvements are completed and ready for the county to inspect. Once inspected, Phase 2 can be approved and the final plat recorded.

DETAILS
Holly Anne is a lush 56.4 acres that we have obtained to develop into a community of 155 single-family units. Each lot has an average of 1,227 sq. ft. and is one of four different styles of home: Craftsman, Cottage, Traditional two-story, or Rambler. This project has been split into two phases.
