Holly Anne is a lush 56.4 acres that we have obtained to develop into a community of 155 single-family units. Each lot has an average of 1,227 sq. ft. and is one of four different styles of home: Craftsman, Cottage, Traditional two-story, or Rambler. This project has been split into three phases.

• Phase 1: 30 homes

• Phases 2 & 3: 125 homes

Holly Anne is located approximately seven miles from downtown Huntsville, one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the United States. The community benefits from its proximity to major employment centers, including NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, Redstone Arsenal, Northrop Grumman, and the newly established Federal Bureau of Investigation operations in the region.
