Overview

Colorado Springs, CO

Projects Included: Saddlehorn Ranch, Verde Commons, Templeton Gap, Bradley Ridge

Colorado Springs is one of the hottest housing markets in the United States. It was just voted #2 best place to live for 2022-2023 and has been in the top 3 for 3 out of the last 5 years. However, while there is an influx of people moving into the area, as of January 2022, there are less than 200 homes on the market. This paired with the fact that home values have had massive increases over the past several years indicate a great opportunity for new builds. There is also a booming social and business climate. Colorado Springs is home to over 30 Fortune 500 companies, an airport, 7,000 acres of recreational area, and many retail hubs. As this market continues to expand, building real estate in and near this county isn’t just lucrative, it’s a no-brainer.

Atlanta MSA, GA

Projects Included: Tara Creek, Covington Creek, Lee Land Drive

The Atlanta MSA gains strength from being the ninth most populous metropolitan area in the country and having both a higher rate of GDP growth and a higher level of GDP per capita than Georgia overall. Within its 8,686 square miles in size there has been a growth in the number of jobs, and the county has maintained a generally lower unemployment rate than Georgia over the past decade. Moreover, it is anticipated that the Atlanta MSA economy will continue to improve and employment will grow, strengthening the demand for real estate.

San Antonio, TX

Projects Included: Botanica Oak Hills

Straddling the regional divide between South and Central Texas, San Antonio is the 7th largest city in the nation and anchors the southwestern corner of an urban and economic megaregion colloquially known as the "TexasTriangle”. Here there is a booming population, a fast growing diverse economy, a high quality of life, and a competitive cost of living. The area has direct access to upscale residential communities, retail, leisure, and business. Not to mention San Antonio’s largest employers, including South Texas Medical Center, USAA Headquarters, and Valero Energy Headquarters. There are a staggering 800,000 high income jobs within a 30 minute driving radius. Furthermore, 62% of residents are employed in white collar jobs—executive, management, office and professional occupations—and income growth in the area is stunning at almost 11% in the last 2 years, allowing rents to be raised as incomes increase.
