We are pleased to announce the completion of the Verde Commons Community! Close to the heart of Colorado Springs, Verde Commons sits on 2 acres of land and consists of 26 paired homes. Each unit is about 1400 sq. ft. and includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 1-car garage. We received all Certificates of Occupancy right before Christmas 2025 and our first tenant moved in within a few days. Marketing is in full swing to get the remaining houses leased.
We are grateful to everyone who took part in helping this community come to life and we look forward to it becoming home to future residents.
