All 26 homes are now complete. Although progress was briefly slowed due to unexpected heavy rainfall, landscaping and stormwater facility installation is underway. We anticipate completion of this remaining site work within the next 2–3 weeks.

Close to the heart of Colorado Springs, Verde Commons sits on 2 acres of land and consists of 26 paired homes. Each unit is about 1400 sq. ft. and includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 1-car garage. Once finished, ROI plans to sell the homes to individual buyers.
