NEWEST UPDATE
April 2026
After being successfully annexed from raw county land into the City of Colorado Springs, zoning and land use approvals were approved March 2026. Utility coordination and infrastructure planning have been initiated with relevant city departments. We have completed conceptual land planning, municipal coordination, and initial development plan submissions, establishing the framework for final engineering and permitting. Upon completion of final engineering, we will proceed into horizontal development.
DETAILS
Summit View (formerly known as Templeton Gap) sits on approximately 32 acres in one of Colorado Springs’ strongest residential expansion corridors. This is an exciting development opportunity for a 253-unit single-family rental community located adjacent to Templeton Gap Road in Colorado Springs. Nicely located among many residential and commercial neighborhoods, Summit View will consist of single-family detached homes designed as a build-to-rent community targeting long-term stabilization and an eventual institutional exit.
