ROI Property Group partnered with another Real Estate Development group to get Jailette Road built. We found this 14 acre site in a prime location. As the Atlanta hub was becoming more and more congested, people were starting to migrate to the outskirts of the 9th largest metro area at the time. Less than 6 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport but still out of the sound cone, and only 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta, Jailette became the base for 126 single-family rental townhomes. Each lot varied from 1182-1381 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms.
