About Us

In 2014, Rob Fuller founded ROI Property Group, LLC (ROI), a Real Estate Development company based out of California. Originally, ROI invested mainly in fix-and-flip operations for single-family homes and apartment buildings. From its inception until 2016, ROI flipped homes and apartments, including some luxury properties. Through heavy renovation, ROI improved the quality of their respective communities. Once finished, ROI either sold the homes to homebuyers as turnkey rentals or held them in a rental portfolio, earning a return from capital appreciation, as well as cash flow from rental income.

ROI didn’t stop at fix-and-flips. Starting in 2016, ROI shifted away from individual home renovations and started to focus on buying land for larger, new-home-build projects.

ROI has centered its attention on growing markets such as the Colorado Springs and the Atlanta Metro statistical area. Both markets have seen increased home and rental prices, but because the cost of living is relatively affordable, people continue to migrate to these areas while maintaining proximity to the metropolis labor force. These areas also suffer from a diminishing housing inventory due to limited new construction and high inward migration in the market which has quickly absorbed newly listed properties.

Each of these points has made it advantageous for ROI to have several projects in these markets. ROI’s main strategy is to buy land, re-zone it, entitle it, complete site development like utilities and roads, and build homes for the purpose of holding in its own portfolio. ROI has many exit opportunities such as selling paper or finished lots to national homebuilders, or selling completed homes to institutional build-to-rent firms. Ultimately, ROI plans to sell for short term profit or hold for long term passive income.

ROI Property Group is currently headquartered in Orem, Utah, just outside of Salt Lake City. As it continues to grow, ROI strives to find profitable projects that will bring more quality homes to the market.
