Project Details

ROI is negotiating a contract to partner with a local builder to develop this land that has been undeveloped and vacant. While the exact unit mix is still undecided, this project might add both single-family home and multi-family apartment rentals. Either way, this projects offers an alternative housing option to the conventional single-family construction that surrounds it. Also, it is located close to expanding employment opportunities along the Candler Road employment corridor.

This 38.85 acre project is proposed to be 174 two-story townhomes consisting of 20 connected buildings of 8 units each. Each unit will have approximately 1,600 sq. ft. and include 3 bed/2.5 bath floor plans and a single-car garage.
