Final building pad grading is complete for each of the lots. Our partner is coordinating with an attorney to set up an HOA for the community. Curb and Gutter work has commenced (though it will not be visible in the aerial photos). Water service lines to each of the units will be installed shortly after curb and gutter installation is completed.

Lee Land Farms is located in the Gainesville-Hall County MSA north of the Atlanta MSA and is close to expanding employment opportunities along the Candler Road employment corridor.
This 38.85 acre project is proposed to be 174 two-story townhomes. Each unit will have approximately 1,500 sq. ft. and include 3 Bed/2.5 Bath floor plans with a single-car garage. We will be developing these lots for builders and are nearly under contract with a well known national builder.
