DETAILS
Holly Anne is a lush 56.4 acres that we have obtained to develop into a community of 155 single-family units. Each lot has an average of 1,227 sq. ft. and is one of four different styles of home: Craftsman, Cottage, Traditional two-story, or Rambler. This project has been split into two phases.
