Covington Creek 2

Covington Creek Phase 2 is an approximately 29 acre site planned for the development of 71 detached single-family residential lots. Phase 1 neighbors this lot to the south. The lots have a minimum lot size of 6,000 square feet and a minimum lot width of 50 feet. Just like phase 1, there will be two unit types ranging from about 2,000 - 2,900 sq ft. Once type will be 4 Bed/2.5 Bath and the other will be 5 Bed/2.5 Bath. Both types will have a two-car garage. Once complete, we plan to hold onto this site as a rental community where renters will have access to walking trails and playgrounds not only in this phase but in the first phase across the main street.
