The final completed home on Lot 2 is currently under contract and scheduled to close this month. Additionally, the final home on Lot 6 is expected to close this month as well. Following these two closings, the project will be officially completed.

Napa’s housing inventory is extremely low, and demand is high. Home prices continue to rise, due to many people moving to the area or buying second homes in this hotbed of California wine tourism. Building within the Napa City Limits on a sub-dividable vacant lot is a unique opportunity.
The Lloyd Drive project is nestled in a beautiful, well established neighborhood in North Napa with excellent home values.
