This approach allows us to maximize long-term value as the market strengthens.

The site is fully zoned with only administrative approval needed to finish entitlement and record individual lots. This project will involve 4 filings.
Phases 2 and 4 will be sold as lots, while phases 1 and 3 will have homes built and held to rent.
