Progress Update
Because Braselton Creek (formerly Creekside Village) is still in the planning phase, most of the work being done comes in from the administrative back end. We expect to begin moving dirt for horizontal work in May.
Our biggest update of late is that we've decided to split Braselton Creek into 2 phases. We plan to purchase the property and begin developing its first phase in quarter 3 or 4 of this year.
