Progress Update

The The City of Napa has requested a minor alteration to the bio detention area. That new design has been approved by the City of Napa and the construction in the field reflecting those changes should be completed in the next week. Once the bio detention changes have been completed in the field, final inspection of the horizontal development will be scheduled with the City of Napa for final sign off.

Lot 2 home build is coming close to completion. Countertops have been installed throughout the house, both upper and lower floors. Paint has been completed throughout upper and lower floors. Flooring is being ordered and delivered for install. The last portion of the exterior stucco is scheduled for this Saturday. The last portion of roofing will be completed after that.
