The Bradley Ridge project is already fully zoned and only requires administrative approval to record the individual lots. This project includes several phases (filings)--filings 2 and 4 are intended to be sold to home builders, and filings 1 and 3 will be developed as a "built to rent" community.

The development plans for Filings 1, 2 and 3 have been approved. The machines and crews are ready to begin grading this month.
