We are bringing a brand new development to Colorado Springs in late 2019. Colorado Springs is one of the hottest housing markets in the United States. Home values here have had massive increases over the past several years. The average home price in this area is about $350,000, on a lot size that is about 7,000 square feet. We are entitling 829 acres of land in Colorado Springs, CO into approximately 150 lots with acreage. These new homes will rest on 3 to 5 acres, for about $325,000. With this attractive approach, we will fulfill the high demand for housing at a price that remains affordable. After sending out a preliminary plat to buyers, as well as the product type and pricing, we already have approximately 15 buyers who have submitted LOI's on the homes.
